The €100 coin for the Reformation's 500th anniversary shows UNESCO World Heritage Sites that were scenes of the Reformation. They are the scenes of his birth and death in the town of Eisleben, Luther House and Melanchthon House and the scene of the posting of the 95 theses, teh Castle and the City Church in Wittenberg. These were made World Heritage Sites in 1996. |
