A coin now in the Netherlands Mint Law for 350 years, the first of the three Silver Ducats of 2018 is for Overijssel, a province known for its many trading cities.
The knight on the coin is Johan Rudolf Thorbecke, on of the most important politicians of the 19th century and a 3-time prime minister.
