Circulating commemorative 50 forint
The 'A' category of the Ice Hockey World Championships were held in Budapest in April. The National Bank issued a new 50 Forint coin on on April 1 in commemoration of the event.
2 million pieces were made for circulation. 5,000 of these early strikes were set aside and placed in a color blister pack.
